Humility because in the Motorcycle Culture as in life there are many nice people but there also will be some people who won’t may not like you for various reasons: the type or size of bike you ride, the type of club you are in or simply for no reason at all, who may rub you the wrong way, and getting into an argument or a fight may seem worth it at the time; however avoiding going to jail, losing your job, getting hurt, losing your life or that of someone else in the family is worth way more, so the ability to humble yourself at times, put your ego aside and walk away takes real strength!, because at the end of the day, being alive and well is more important than fighting to show that you are a man only to wind up dead or locked up!

Enthusiasm because being part of a Motorcycle Club even our family is not always FUN; at times it is WORK; hard work! It will require you to make sacrifices; not many, but some. You will be required to sacriifice a few hours of your weekend "leisure time" to enjoy a 5-Star Riderz Family get-together, family weekend vacation or ride, or to participate in one of the family Community or Motorcycle Community Support efforts; you will be required to sacrifice $25 a month to pay your dues, and you will be required to sacrifice a little of your pride, because the best interest of the family will often override the best interests of one, and no one wants to be around or hear someone constantly complaining about the sacrifice that they have had to make when they are making the exact same sacrifice! Misery does NOT love company in the 5-Star Riderz family! We also want you to have enthusiasm when it comes to learning, because knowledge gives you POWER, there is no simpler way to put it! We will give 100% effort to educate you, but it will require 100% effort on your part to Learn it and Apply it, because learning it and not applying it; is worse than not learning at all! It means that you made a conscious decision to refuse to use what you learned, and any individual who refuses to apply knowledge to better themselves limits their possibility, their future, and has the probability of getting themself or others hurt! Our family members understand that in "Life”, we must always be students, because as long as we are breathing there will always be more to learn, and that in the Motorcycle Culture, the continual learning and applying of knowledge is the difference between maintaining a peaceful co-existence and trying to find some peace in a chaotic existence.

Accountibility because in the 5-Star Riderz family, our family members are our greatest asset; however as members of the 5-Star Riderz family, we are each accountible for the success of our Mission Statement goals, for embracing our Principles, Core Values, and for working towards our ultimate goal to create a positive legacy in our Community, as members of the Motorcycle Culture, we are accountible for understanding that the Motorcycle Culture is an institution with various diverse sections and that the older sections have rich traditions and heritages, so we must respect their traditions and take their beliefs very seriously, because this is crucial to a peaceful coexistence within the culture, and as members of our Communities, we must learn to ride with respect to show those that we share the highways with that we are productive members within our community, we support our community, and that by doing so, they work harder not to run us off the roads and see a positive reflection of the Motorcycle Culture instead of the popular negative highly publicized media stereotype!

Reliabiliity because as a member of our family, your word is your BOND! It is not our desire to force you to live up to the commitment of membership, nor do we want to doubt that you will misuse our patience, abuse our excused absense policy, or excuse away your obligation to help us achieve our goals. We desire for all of our family members to be able to spend time with their personal families as well as have time to themselves; we only ask that they exercise balance, so that both the priorities in their personal life and 5-Star Riderz life are met!

Teamwork because we are a FAMILY not by blood but by our bond, and as a family, we work together! We each bring different strenghths to the table which means we all do not have to be an expert in the same area, but we all must use our area of expertise to make our family work, because before we can make a positive impact in the Motorcycle Community or Community, we must first learn to use our individual talents to make our internal family the best that it can be and then direct our efforts outwards!
