We call our Prospecting process "The Matrix", because like the character "Neo" in the movie this process is meant to open your eyes to a whole new world (The Motorcycle Sub-Culture) and a different mindset (5-Star Riderz SWAGG Mindset)

You will be educated on everything about the 5-Star Riderz family, because we are more than a club; we are FAMILY, and gaining membership is more than just getting a patch; you will become an adopted brother/ sister in this family and a part of our Legacy!

You will be provided a basic understanding of the Motorcycle Culture,because we cannot teach you everything; however you will be exposed to a wealth of knowledge from others within the Motorcycle Culture, so we encourage you to forever remain a student and to continue to learn on your own!

You will be asked to carry out tasks that at first may seem to be silly and trivial; however there is a method to our madness, and that is to prepare a foundation that will

require action on your part to show us your Reliability and Accountability to follow direction and complete these tasks. We will test your Humility, Enthusiam, and Teamwork skills to measure and moniter the seriousness and commitment on your part to show that you can represent and function as a member of our family.

You may question the rationale of many, you may not want to make time to do some, you will probably feel a little foolish doing a few, and at times you may think that the family is just getting a good laugh at your expense, and you're right; WE ARE, but please be assured that we will never do anything to Disrespect or Demean you;, and evertything that you are going through; every full family members has already went through!

Most importantly; ALL that you go through is meant to 1). give you the basic information that you will need to successfully navigate and peacefully co-exist within the Motorcycle Culture, and 2). Ingrain within you the in-depth knowledge of who 5-Star Riderz is and what we stand for, so that you will represent our Family and our SWAGG within the Motorcycle Community.
